I'm so glad i found this place ! It's a battle living with this arthritic pain 24/7 but the only thing that helps is doing these movements daily and to stretch .. to stay stronger . 🙆‍♀️💜🧘‍♀️self care is taking the time to make your self stronger. ~we are Warriors~✨️🚶‍♀️🏋‍♀️🧘‍♀️
