I am going to take you on a gentle whole body journey β from your head all the way down to your toes. Every single day you will receive a new session designed to help you move your body gently, feel good about yourself and prove that exercise really is for every one of us.
What happens every day
Each session has three parts. First I will teach you the moves β slowly, clearly and safely so you always feel confident before we begin. Then we move together to some fun upbeat music so you can just enjoy it. And finally a gentle cool down to stretch everything out and send you away feeling settled and proud.

This challenge is for you if
You are living with a health condition, limited mobility or at the start of your movement journey. You have not exercised in a long time and are not sure where to start. You want to move your body gently and build a daily habit that actually feels good. Or you simply want to feel more confident, more energised and more independent in your body.
What you need
Just a chair and ten to fifteen minutes a day. No standing up. No equipment. No pressure. Just you, your chair and a little bit of time that belongs entirely to you.
About Sophie
I am Sophie β a Health and Movement Specialist and accredited member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. I am the founder of Active Rainbow and have built a community of over 490,000 people on Facebook and 180,000 on Tik Tik, by doing one thing every single day β moving my body gently from a chair. I also live with essential tremor and a back condition, which means I understand from the inside what it feels like to have a body that does not always cooperate. This challenge was designed with that understanding at its heart.
